Chad Rahman

Trained at the Conrad Hilton Hotel School and in kitchens including the Hyatt Regency and Four Seasons in Houston, Chad Rahman cooks on a simple idea: natural seasonal flavours, lifted by the classic techniques of Europe.

One of the UK's most celebrated Asian chefs, and an honorary member of the judging panels of the very competitions he won.
